ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK MAS 90 (ANAHEIM, CA)
We are looking for an exceptional Accounts Payable Clerk and Accounting Office Assistant Professional.
Must have CURRENT 1 year minimum experience using Sage 100 ERP MAS90 MAS200 Accounting Software with:
? Entry of all payables using standard Chart of Accounts
? Knowledge of purchase order module and flow into payables for receipt of goods and invoice processing
? Multiple Company transaction processing
? Detail to date sensitive items for correct posting
? Accounts Payable Check Processing
? AP Vendor Account reconciliations
? Credit Card payments and receipt reconciliations
? Coordinate Filing System
? Preparing documents for CPA
? Preparing documents for lines of credit/bank loans
? Preparing property leases, monitoring rent receipt monthly and management of property
? Knowledge of Standard General Ledger and GAAP
Ability to Multi Task, ask questions when uncertain, research as needed, assist other departments on demand with flexibility and confidence.
This position has room for advancement with compensation DOE @ $12-16/hr. to start.
